Thank you for your recent purchase from Upper Limit Lifestyle. If you have a product/products you would like to return or exchange please follow the instructions below to request an RMA.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Products purchased from Upper Limit Lifestyle. Supplements and apparel may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All supplements must be unopened. All apparel must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you believe you received a product that is defective, we would like to apologize. Please submit an RMA request and attach a photo of the defective product. Once your RMA request is approved(24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product and we can expedite a new one to you.
MIS-PACKED ORDER: If you received a product that differs from what you ordered, we apologize. Please submit an RMA request and include the details for the product you received instead(style name, color, size). Once your RMA request is approved(24 hours max.) you will receive a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item you received. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will expedite the product you originally ordered.

All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase (this includes defects and mis-packed products). Your order will not be found if it is not within our return policy.
If you are unable to pull up your order to request an RMA, double check that you are using the correct email address that was used when placing the original order and that the order number you are entering is correct.
The RMA manager will not accept requests for returns or exchanges on products that have been previously exchanged.
We ask that you please allow 24-48 hours for your request to be approved or denied.
***We want to get this taken care of for you as soon as possible so you can enjoy the products that you ordered from us. We ask that you please be patient with us as we are approving RMA requests and processing your return/exchange. All updates regarding your RMA will be posted on this page and you may refer back to it at any time. Once packages are delivered at our warehouse, it can take up to 5 business days to begin processing (depending on the current volume). The status of your RMA will be updated as soon as the information is available and you will receive a notification alert(email) once we begin processing your RMA and again when we have completed the return or exchange. Please note that multiple emails regarding the status of your RMA request or return/exchange package will only slow down the processing time***
